Brass Solder

    DESCRIPTION:

    Brass solder is refers to the copper zinc alloy, copper-zinc brazing alloys are used for their high strength and stress characteristics. It is important to avoid overheating, which can vaporize the zinc thus, leaving voids in the joint. 

    APPLICATION:

    Brass is often used in low carbon steel components.Used for copper,mild steel,is not suitable for copper,silicon bronze,copper,stainless steel.

    Customer’s required chemical composition can be customized.

    HZ-S221 is most widely used brass brazing materials,often use together with copper brazing flux.It can be used to brazing black metals like steel,iron,copper etc.

    HZ-S105 contains Mn,it is suitable for brazing tungsten carbide with cheap price.It is with better strength compared with normal brass brazing materials
