Aluminum Brazing

    DESCRIPTION:

    Is a kind of general solder, suitable for all kinds of brazing method, has the extremely good liquidity and corrosion resistance.Suitable for flame brazing, melting temperature is low, easy to operate.Solder brittle, joint corrosion resistance lower than Al-Si filler metals.

     

    APPLICATION:

    Application for motor manufacturing and automotive air-conditioning pipe, can also be applied to the instrument, aluminum and aluminum alloy brazing in glasses industry.

    Customer’s required chemical composition can be customized.

    HZ-1100 series mainly applied on pure aluminum or aluminum alloy TIG brazing,which is a widely used brazing material

    HZ-4043 and HZ-4047 contain Si,usually used via flame brazing,high frequency brazing and furnace brazing,etc.Application on pure aluminum,casting aluminum, and aluminum alloy,also can be used by TIG welding.

    HZ-5183 and HZ-5356 contain Mg,mainly used on aluminum alloys with Mg,which with high strengh and good flow.
