    Main material of lead free solder is tin based alloys,SnAgCu lead free solder is now widely used currently,it is the best alternative solder of tin lead solder.Infinitesimal elements or rare elements will be added in solder to improve the brazing and mechanics properties.

    APPLICATION:

    lead free solder mainly used in electronic packing,temperature fuse etc.,which is good to the connection of the connected materials.For example,it can make the connection between the electronic component and circuit board via reflow soldering and wave soldering.
